Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing construction processes, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Document all project changes and updates.
  • Support the development of project proposals and bids.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
  • Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in multifaceted construction projects
