Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Guide employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
  • Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Conduct employee training and skills development programs.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Evaluate HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and support to management on employee relations.

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with employee wellness programs: Experience in implementing wellness initiatives is a plus.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems: Experience with performance evaluation tools and methodologies.
