As a Smoke Chaser, you will play a crucial role in detecting and extinguishing smoke, ensuring safety during fire incidents. This position requires strong technical skills and a passion for fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations by evaluating risks and deploying the appropriate response.
• Keep updated records of safety inspections and maintenance.
• Educate staff on fire safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Work with local authorities to improve community fire safety standards.
• Prepare reports for management regarding incident responses and safety compliance.
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance firefighting skills.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on firefighting equipment.
• Lead safety drills to ensure readiness in emergency situations.
• Identify potential hazards in the workplace and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in developing fire safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Advanced firefighting certifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a firefighting or safety role.
