As an Investment Banker in our Cape Town office, you’ll be integral to advising clients on financial matters, structuring deals, and ensuring that investment strategies align with market trends. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to understand their financial objectives and strategies.
• Build financial models to assess investment opportunities and risk factors.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment deals, coordinating closely with legal teams.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial products and market trends.
• Manage transaction processes from concept through to completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Finance or related discipline
• Professional qualifications in Investment Banking or equivalent is an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years of proven experience in an investment banking role

Certifications

• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
