Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process for new aerospace products.
• Work with quality assurance to ensure standards are met.
• Assist in developing and improving engineering processes.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and interns.
• Contribute to project cost estimates and funding requests.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving during project execution.
• Foster a culture of innovation and safety within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of aerospace engineering experience
