Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Generalist to support our HR functions in Pretoria. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should be familiar with labor laws, HR policies, and have a knack for improving employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the employee onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws and keep updated with changes in regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and address them efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting
