Job Description

We're searching for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions.
  • Design and conduct HR workshops to improve awareness of recruitment practices.
  • Develop and manage a referral program to leverage current employees' networks.
  • Create and maintain recruitment dashboards for tracking key performance indicators.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in hiring practices.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
