Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Manager to oversee our guest relations and ensure client satisfaction at our premier Durban location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, experience managing teams, and a knack for resolving guest issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage online guest reviews and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive guest engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests.
  • Foster teamwork and communication among staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute guest events and activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in management
