Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Textile Winding Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate heatset winding machines to produce superior quality printed materials. Attention to detail and a background in machine operation are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up heatset winding machines to meet production requirements
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines
• Meet or exceed daily production targets while ensuring quality
• Coordinate with quality control inspectors
• Provide feedback on machine operation and product quality
• Assist in training junior staff
• Maintain a tidy work area and ensure proper handling of materials
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in machine operation and maintenance preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in heatset winding machine operation
