Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise in HR policies and practices will be crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, resolving inquiries as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the analysis of employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
