Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. You will liaise with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met while promoting safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and supervise daily on-site work activities.
  • Ensure all construction work meets required specifications and standards.
  • Act as the point of contact for any construction-related queries.
  • Prepare documentation for permits and approvals.
  • Evaluate contractor and site maintenance performance.
  • Identify and rectify any safety hazards promptly.
  • Prepare regular updates and communicate them to the project manager.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in construction or project coordination
