Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and direct construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise on the selection of materials and construction techniques.
• Facilitate communication between all project participants.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years in construction management or engineering
