Job Description

As an Urban Planner at Future Vision Urban Planning, you'll engage in various aspects of city planning, including project management, community engagement, and policy development. You will work closely with stakeholders to create sustainable plans that reflect the needs of the community while promoting economic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research best practices in urban development to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support the drafting of policies that address housing and development challenges.
  • Coordinate with public works to enhance community infrastructure.
  • Evaluate project proposals for alignment with sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare visual and written materials for public presentations.
  • Foster partnerships with other organizations to support community initiatives.
  • Assist in grant writing and funding applications for urban development projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Environmental Science
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Urban Planning
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in urban design or city planning
