Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and managing a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, developing policies, and implementing training programs. Your expertise will support the overall HR strategies and contribute to a collaborative environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop relevant training programs.
  • Assist managers in performance evaluations and employee feedback sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Implement and oversee effective succession planning strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through workshops and team-building activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Aid in the management of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Engage with employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
