Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist in Johannesburg, where you will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and providing support in various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and revise job descriptions and specifications.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Manage employee conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate and implement employee training and development initiatives.
  • Support health and safety programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment through events and activities.
  • Audit HR processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all HR paperwork is compliant and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
