Job Description

Join our Durban team as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where you'll manage the compensation structure and benefits offerings to ensure they meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You'll conduct market research, analyze compensation trends, and help develop a competitive package that attracts and retains top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing benefits enrollment and communicate new benefits offerings.
• Assist employees with questions regarding compensation and benefits.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to current compensation and benefits packages.
• Collaborate with finance to budget for compensation and benefits expenses.
• Participate in external salary surveys to determine competitive compensation.
• Train managers on best practices in compensation management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or certification in Compensation and Benefits is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR roles
