Methods Specialist Engineer

Job Description

The Methods Specialist Engineer will analyze and enhance methods and processes used within our operations. This role is key to ensuring that our practices align with engineering standards while optimizing productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review existing processes and suggest enhancements for efficiency.
• Lead workshops to train staff on process improvements and methods.
• Utilize data analysis software for performance tracking and reports.
• Identify risks and mitigate them through effective process strategies.
• Communicate with management to align process changes with business goals.
• Assist in the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or improvement-focused role

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
