Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring all systems are running smoothly. You'll also have the opportunity to assist in IT administration tasks, contributing to a seamless tech environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support

Languages

Advantageous
