Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our educators in providing exceptional learning experiences. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and implementing instructional activities while fostering a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with educators to implement instructional plans effectively.
• Facilitate learning through engaging activities and resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Assist in the development of individualized learning plans.
• Participate in parent-teacher consultations as needed.
• Help organize and manage classroom events and activities.
• Support students with special educational needs.
• Assist in classroom management and student assessments.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience

• Experience in an educational environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
