Job Description

The successful Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the organization adheres to both internal guidelines and external regulations. This role involves conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Design compliance training materials and resources for staff.
  • Implement a risk-based approach to compliance monitoring.
  • Assist in developing compliance metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Review and approve compliance-related communications before dissemination.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure compliance in recruitment and employment practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
  • Conduct post-audit compliance reviews to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Advocate for a compliance culture within the organization.
  • Provide insights on emerging compliance trends and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced degree in compliance or regulatory affairs is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
