You will lead research efforts to understand the needs of a diverse workforce and collaborate with senior management to implement best practices. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness of D&I programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops on diversity-related topics.
• Collaborate with employee resource groups to promote engagement.
• Research best practices in diversity and inclusion and suggest improvements.
• Monitor and report on diversity metrics and progress to leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion or HR-related fields

• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations regarding employment equity and diversity: Understanding the legal framework governing employment practices in South Africa.
