HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Port Elizabeth, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Your role will involve engaging with employees, supporting management, and driving initiatives that contribute to employee satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Review and revise organizational policies for compliance.
• Organize orientation for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
• Interface with employees to address HR-related questions.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace engagement.
• Ensure all employee data is accurately documented and secure.
• Guide managers in handling employee performance issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role
