We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction process and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Lead construction teams, providing guidance and support throughout projects.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure materials and supplies are available and manage procurement processes.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status for senior management.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to align project objectives.
• Maintain a focus on sustainability practices within the construction workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
