DevOps Engineer

Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be integral to driving our operational effectiveness. Your expertise in cloud services and automation tools will help us innovate and improve our deployment processes for existing and new applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives for automation of operational processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to deploy applications.
• Provide inputs for capacity planning for future infrastructure.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for systems.
• Engage in troubleshooting when changes result in unforeseen issues.
• Guide junior team members in technical challenges and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in relevant technical roles

Technical Skills

• Terraform
• Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Kubernetes Administrator

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with configuration management tools: Experience with tools like Ansible or Chef for automating setup.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures.: Practical experience in deploying microservices in cloud environments.
