Job Description

As a Hotel Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence within the competitive hospitality market. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with various teams to optimize our outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize PPC and digital ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for specialized marketing services.
  • Create and execute promotional calendar for seasonal offers.
  • Develop presentations for internal meetings to display marketing insights.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing communications across channels.
  • Assist in crisis management communications when necessary.
  • Fostering a culture of brand advocacy amongst staff.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and inquiries.
  • Conduct quarterly marketing evaluations and strategy adjustments.
  • Develop templates for campaigns to ensure brand coherence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Certification in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel marketing or related field
