Responsibilities

  • Deliver social work services with a focus on client empowerment.

  • Provide training and support to junior staff or interns.
  • Identify and address barriers to accessing services for clients.
  • Engage in data collection and analysis for program evaluation.
  • Participate in community initiatives and advocacy efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social work practice.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
  • Additional certifications in related fields are advantageous

  • 3+ years in social work or community service roles
