Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide support and counselling services, addressing various social issues and helping individuals achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ strengths and challenges to develop effective action plans.
• Implement intervention strategies to aid clients in overcoming barriers.
• Collaborate with social service agencies and community organizations.
• Provide crisis intervention services as required.
• Support clients in navigating systems such as health care and welfare.
• Promote community resources and education to clients and stakeholders.
• Document all interactions and progress in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients while providing empathetic support.
• Participate in case reviews and contribute to the improvement of service delivery.
