Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to take the lead in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them in navigating challenges and promoting product adoption. Your focus will be on fostering long-lasting relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of deep product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Create and manage customer success metrics and KPI tracking.
  • Assist in the development of customer training materials.
  • Organize webinars and workshops to educate clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team on complex issues.
  • Report on customer trends and suggest improvements to products.
  • Plan and coordinate customer events to enhance community engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
  • Additional certifications in Customer Success are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer service or related role
