Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Use CRM software to track customer feedback and action items.
  • Create informative and effective communication for customer education.
  • Identify trends in customer issues to inform management.
  • Support the development of customer service best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support roles, preferably in a remote setting
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or similar tools
  • Data Entry

Languages
  • English: Fluent
