Job Description

As a Diversity Training Specialist, you will design and implement training programs that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Your role will focus on developing materials that educate employees on the importance of inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training workshops that encourage participation and open discussions.
  • Develop metrics to measure the impact of diversity initiatives.
  • Create a community of practice for diversity advocates within the organization.
  • Champion a culture of feedback and continuous learning on diversity issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on diversity initiatives.
  • Engage with external diversity organizations to strengthen community ties.
  • Create action plans based on assessment outcomes to enhance diversity training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training, HR, or organizational development
