Job Description

As an Employee Operations Examiner, your role will focus on maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Ideal candidates will excel at multitasking and possess strong attention to detail, enabling them to support various HR functions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integrity of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Facilitate compliance with all HR policies and regulations relevant to employee management.
  • Support the recruitment functions by managing applicant tracking systems.
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring they understand their roles and company policies.
  • Handle employee separation processes, including documentation and surveys.
  • Provide timely responses to employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and record-keeping.
  • Review and maintain employee records to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • Preferred 2+ years in HR or employee operations
