Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions, enhancing workplace culture, and developing HR policies that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.
• Oversee the onboarding process and new hire orientation.
• Manage the HR budget and contribute to financial management of HR initiatives.
• Influence HR policy development and implementation at all levels.
• Lead conflict resolution efforts within teams.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs.
• Provide strategic HR support to leadership teams.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

• Proven experience in leading HR functions
