We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing standards and best practices within the QA team.
• Execute performance and security tests to verify system integrity.
• Identify training needs and assist in coaching junior QA staff.
• Optimize testing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Masters's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
