Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. This role involves hands-on experience in various HR functions while promoting a positive workplace environment and supporting employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement orientation programs for new staff members.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs.
  • Promote employee wellness and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to compliance audits and prepare reports for management.
  • Manage employee files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in HR are preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on generalist functions
