Responsibilities
Execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and implement orientation programs for new staff members.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs.
Promote employee wellness and engagement activities.
Contribute to compliance audits and prepare reports for management.
Manage employee files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Postgraduate qualifications in HR are preferred
Experience
4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on generalist functions
