Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Top Talent Recruitment, you’ll be pivotal in managing the recruitment lifecycle from beginning to end. Your role will involve connecting with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting clients in their talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and align them with client needs.
  • Facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, acting as a liaison for feedback.
  • Develop job descriptions and advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Offer insights into talent market trends and suggest strategies to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to enhance candidate experience.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the agency.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or similar field
  • Masters in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in recruitment, with experience in agency preferred
