Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our team in Durban. This position plays a crucial role in managing HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be passionate about enhancing employee engagement and drive organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for skill enhancement.
• Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and follow up on results.
• Facilitate conflict resolution strategies within teams.
• Monitor employee morale and provide solutions to improve workplace culture.
• Track employee attendance and analyze trends for HR decision-making.
• Develop onboarding materials and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years in a human resources role
