Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to enhance our store’s performance. You will be responsible for maximizing sales, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations and maintain quality customer service.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Drive sales through effective promotional initiatives.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with the supply chain to manage product flow.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the store environment.

• Engage with customers to build relationships and ensure loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Degree in Management or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of retail management experience
