Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee our online operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experiences, and optimizing our e-commerce platform for maximum performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select third-party tools for e-commerce management.
• Drive innovations in digital marketing tactics to engage customers.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in e-commerce.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for online selling.
• Develop promotional campaigns for special events and seasons.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail management

Technical Skills

• SEO/SEM practices
• Digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Hootsuite)

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)
• Shopify Expert Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with A/B testing: Skilled in conducting A/B tests to optimize conversions.
