You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand and improving the overall hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for various technical and non-technical positions.
• Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine job specifications and requirements.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s public image.
• Implement innovative recruiting techniques to reach diverse candidate pools.
• Deepen the talent pipeline by building relationships within the industry.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Conduct reference checks and help prepare hiring documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
