Job Description

As an HR Manager at Leading HR Solutions, you will oversee HR operations and initiatives that shape our workforce. You will manage recruitment processes, training, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Design and revise organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Support management in developing a high-performance culture.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Implement effective talent management and development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Prepare quarterly HR dashboards for executive review.
  • Advise on employee benefits and compensation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management.
  • Provide training on HR best practices for staff and management.
  • Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting
