Job Description

As an HR Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our workforce. You will lead talent acquisition, implement employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws. We seek a proactive individual who can strategize and oversee our HR operations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure proper workforce management.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, monitoring effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training and development programs tailored to staff needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legislation.
  • Coordinate conflict management processes to promote a harmonious workplace.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics for senior management.
  • Advocate for employee well-being and mental health resources.
  • Promote a strong organizational culture through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop succession planning strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Relevant Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with management experience
