Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Non-Profit Manager to lead our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for social development and a track record of successful project management in the non-profit sector. You will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring that our programs align with our mission to empower communities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee initiatives that promote community engagement and impact.
  • Manage the organisation's public relations and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Evaluate program budgets and make strategic financial decisions.
  • Foster an environment of inclusivity and diversity within the workplace.
  • Engage in networking and advocacy efforts to promote the organisation's mission and vision.
  • Prepare reports for the Board of Directors detailing program outcomes and future directions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience in non-profit management
