Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planner to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop tailored financial plans that align with their goals. You will analyse their financial situation, provide investment advice, and recommend strategies for wealth accumulation and management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning, showcasing a proven ability to guide clients through complex financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans based on clients' individual needs.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and investment portfolio assessments.
• Provide informed recommendations regarding investment options and financial products.
• Assist clients in understanding their financial situation and addressing queries.
• Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and market trends.
• Collaborate with other financial professionals to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients' financial plans.
• Recommend proactive adjustments to financial strategies as needed.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Postgraduate qualifications in Financial Planning would be a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing financial role
