In this role, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment drives and collaborate with hiring managers on requirements.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
• Guide managers in performance appraisal processes and succession planning.
• Ensure maintenance of HR databases and employee records are accurate.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate HR qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
