Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including job analysis and interviews.
• Provide onboarding support for new hires.
• Manage payroll calculations and employee benefits processing.
• Draft and update HR policies and handbooks.
• Support development programs to upskill employees.
• Address employee concerns and facilitate communications.
• Monitor compliance with HR best practices and legal requirements.
• Participate in company culture initiatives.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in human resources management
