Job Description

As a QA Process Coordinator in Durban, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, manage testing schedules, and ensure product quality through effective process management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior QA team members in testing methodologies.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or quality assurance related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software testing with demonstrated leadership capabilities
