As an Insurance Claims Adjuster at Insurance Solutions Ltd., you will play a vital role in assessing and processing insurance claims. Your expertise in evaluating damages and liaising with clients will be essential to ensure prompt and fair settlements.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.

• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Document all correspondence and findings related to claims accurately and promptly.
• Assist in training junior staff and participating in team meetings for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in claims processing.
• Enhance client relationships by providing timely and efficient claims assistance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims processing

• Claims Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Claims Professional (CCP)
• Insurance Fraud Prevention Training is preferred

Languages
