Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, educating customers on our services, and collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve problems efficiently and effectively, aiming for first contact resolution.
  • Document customer feedback and relay it to management for product improvement.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Implement customer satisfaction surveys and analyse feedback for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem-solving
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in technical support: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers effectively.
  • Bilingual capabilities: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans is a plus.
