Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and submission of tax filings for clients.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting for all tax obligations.
• Review client documents and financial statements to assess tax liability.
• Provide strategic insight on mergers, acquisitions, and restructures from a tax perspective.
• Liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients regarding issues and audits.
• Investigate and resolve tax-related client inquiries.
• Engage in continuous learning and development regarding tax legislation.
• Mentor junior staff members in tax processes and regulations.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and areas for improvement in tax practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Master's degree or further tax certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in tax advisory or compliance roles
