• Define project requirements and goals, and involve various stakeholders.
• Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
• Monitor and report on project progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage stakeholder communication to keep them informed about project status and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of project management experience

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Trello)
• Agile Methodologies
• Microsoft Office Suite
